Who we are:

neuefische GmbH, with our brands neuefische and Spiced Academy, has been Germany’s leading tech bootcamp provider for over ten years. Our programs create opportunities for people to launch fulfilling careers while driving the digital skills transformation across Germany.

To date, over 7,000 participants have trained with us, and around 70% start working in tech immediately after the bootcamp. With 40% female participation, our courses not only build skilled professionals but also foster greater diversity in the tech industry. Role Overview:

To launch learning products/courses, streamline the project management of the learning products and create a pool of external experts who can help in content creation, we are looking for a product associate. 

Following will be the core responsibilities of the product associate:

• Maintain products‘ timelines and ensure timely progress by monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

• Facilitate regular products‘ status updates among internal teams

• Support initiatives that are consistent with our educational goals and own learning products development and launch

• Build and maintain a pool of external content creators/subject matter experts (SMEs)

• Proactively identify risks and escalate as needed to keep projects on track

• Interest in building AI agents for research and doing analytics

• Maintain organized products‘ documentation and support the development and maintenance of best practices

Reports to: Head of Learning Products

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, Business, Product/Project Management, or a related field

• Tech knowledge/background - the learning products/courses are technical in nature

• 1–3 years of project coordination experience, ideally in EdTech or a content-driven environment is a plus

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with product/project management tools and collaboration tools

• Communication (German and English) and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with digital learning content and an interest in the EdTech space is desirable
