Scope of work

• Creating event pages
• Event logistics (ordering drinks, food, confirming hosts, process payments)
• Event promotion (emails, social media)
• On-site event support (attendee check-in, set-up & breakdown)
• Occasional nationwide travels for events
• Doing welcome speeches during events and network with attendees
• Post-event report (conversion to leads, sales)
• Update event slide decks

Who we are looking for

• Fluent/Native level of English and German in writing, speaking
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Evening availability for events
• Charismatic and dynamic personality
